AI can't find what servings would be for just one single layer 2 inch high cakes. I want to do a small tiered cake but just one layer per tier. Any idea how many a single layer 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 inch cakes would feed?

AIndustry standard is based off 4 inch servings. You are basically wanting to make 1/2 the cake. So what your charts say that these tiers would servevas industry bstandard, divide by two.

AThat would be common sense haha thank you :) and how should you go about stacking those? You don't still need to dowel and board every tier do you?

ANo, every 4" is a good rule. So dowels in your 9 and 8, cake board under the 7, dowels in the 7 and 6, cake board under the 5.
