All Swiss Buttercream, No Fondant For 3D Cake

Hi. Im planning to make 3d Turkey cake this coming thanksgiving. Im using the tutorial of Sharon Zambito. She used her signature Crusting Buttercream. My family dont like Crusting Buttercream so im thinking of using Swiss or Italian Buttercream instead. Will it be okay even after the airbrushing. Im just worried it is going to be too soft next day. Im making it 1 day ahead. Thanks
