Since you are evidently in Venezuela (?) and are asking about an unspecified county in North Carolina, I'm not sure how anyone can help you. If you need information from a county health department, I suggest you get in touch with them.

Yes I am from Venezuela, but I am at the US right now.  I wanted to know from somebody in Charlotte that already got it.
