Hi All!

I opened my dream of a bakery in Stone Mountain, GA almost a year ago and have been looking for another decorator for sometime now. All of the resumes I get are from beginners wanting to learn. Though that's great, I already have an amazing apprentice whom I love teaching. I really need someone who can hold their own especially if I'm out. Where do you all find decorators? Is there a website to put job openings specifically for decorators? Do you all trust hiring decorators who have their own business on the side? How do you deal with that conflict of interest?

Ooohh, just looked at your site, beautiful and delicious.  I wish I could apply - Duluth isn't that far away!, but don't think I have quite your skill set - yet.  Need another apprentice??????

Thank you! Duluth isn't that far at all! Hopefully we'll be able to take on another apprentice once I find another decorator! Sooner than later, I hope...
