I need help. I was asked to make pistachio cupcakes....how else would I enhance a cake mix besides adding pistachio pudding to it to give it more of a pistachio flavor? TIA!!!
I don't use mixes or puddings, so if someone asked me to make pistachio cupcakes, I would use pistachio paste in the cake or filling, and chopped pistachios as garnish.
