Has anyone here taken the online chocolatiering courses offered by Pam WIlliams at Ecole Chocolat?
I'm an amateur chocolate maker who has plateaued in what I can teach myself. Just discovered her website today, and so far all Google results seem very positive. Everything is online, although you "graduate" the program there is no formally recognized degree or anything.
I think it sounds really interesting, but before dropping a lot of money into a course, just wondering if anybody has first hand experience with them?
