I've been trying for a month now to get a reply from Cake Central about faulty pdf links on magazines I have purchased. I have never received a reply.
Has anyone else found it to be the same?
I can't get hold of the 2 issues I have purchased. I've bought pdfs from them before and had no problem but this time the links are invalid.
I have asked several times for help on here, by email and on FB. No-one answers my pleas.
Why won't anybody at Cake Central have the decency to reply to my emails?
Has anyone else suffered such poor customer service?
