Help!! Please.

I've purchase 2 magazines and can't download them. I bought pdfs from CC before and had no problem but this time the links are invalid.

I've tried emailing them for 4 weeks now and not had one email response back.

How do I get someone at CC to reply to me!

Any advice gratefully received.
