what fish cake?

a 3-d sculpture should start upwards of $8 - $9 a serving with a minimum of $200 - $250 give or take-- if it's a 2-d fish then maybe $150 - $200 for a minimum- if it's fish swimming around on an 8" round or something like that then it's likely priced around $4 - $6 per serving to be respectably priced -- a little more for fondant covered

if you are a monet or a rafeal, or an o'keefe then charge a lot more

discreetly call for or look up the prevailing prices in your area -- you'd want to be just over or just under the highest price place in your area

best to you
