AAm staying at a friends house over the weekend and she has requested off me a vanilla cake. I dont want to make anything that has to be cut and filled as I don't really have time for that. It's just a cake that will be good with a cup of coffee. Maybe something that uses soured cream or yoghurt or something. Thanks
