A? Unless I've missed so something huge you definitely don't. Make it clear that it's not your picture, you just like flowers and want to know how they are done. I think you need the rights to say it's yours. I haven't heard anything that says you need the rights to post a picture asking for help

Lfredden, sorry but the photo shows the flowers way to small for my eyes.  It looks like a variety of many different types of flowers, daisies, poppies, filler flowers, roses.  But you could follow the design and put in whatever you wanted I imagine.

they look like flowers you'd find in a nosegay -- posies -- just blossom flowers

I think they're gumpaste, because I can just make out the 5 petal blossom and the daisy that are made with plunger cutters, and the leaves look like the plunger ones too. The larger poppies would have been made by hand with gumpaste.

Thanks MBalaska and K8memphis, do you think they are gum paste or royal icing?

Here's a slightly bigger picture. Looks like the poppies were made with a 5 petal cutter and a 3 petal one, or 3 individual petals cut out, and the black centre glued on top. It's a lovely cake.

Yes, an assortment.  Poppy, small roses, plunger or drop flowers etc.  I wouldn't be so concerned w/figuring out exactly which ones.  Any combination will be very pretty as the coloring is what is more important.
