I didn't have any cakes that "had" to be made this weekend, but did make my first giant cupcake just for fun..have had the pan for about 4 years, thought it was time to use it.
Tried a new recipe located in a Giant Cupcake thread, and tried the chocolate mould on the bottom (which did crack, but was great to do for the first time)
and 40 frangipani flowers for next weeks cake..
Kids loved it,,,
