Hi everyone! I have some coffee flavored ChocoPan fondant that I need to use before the expiration date in August 2014. What cake/buttercream combination would compliment the fondant? I was thinking of a rich chocolate cake with caramel buttercream. This is just a cake for fun and so I can use that fondant - otherwise, I will just eat it. The flavor is awesome. Thanks!
How about mocha cake with mocha buttercream? Or french vanilla cake with vanilla frosting? Or chocolate with yes, like you said, caramel frosting? Or bailey's buttercream??? I think it will be delish as long as you don't use fruity flavours..
