AWhat is the best temperature to bake cupcakes to get the nice dome mines always come out flat

I would depend on the recipe for each cupcake batter you are using, but you could try putting the cupcakes in a hot oven - say, 400ºF, for 5 minutes, then reduce to 350ºF for the remaining bake time. That initial "oomph" gets the dome going. But as I say, some recipes will bake up flat regardless of what you do.

I like mine to be flat honestly, the dome gets in the way of the frosting...

AYeah i Like some of mines flat but i like the dome when i need to fill them
