Could someone please tell me what color(s) they use to get the "frozen" colored frosting?
AAre you taking about the lightest of blue?
AI use a very small amount of americolor royal blue. Sometimes I add a touch of sky blue also, but never just sky blue as I find it has too much if a green undertone.
Can you freeze fruit based cupcakes ie strawberry, banana or apple? Will freezing it change the integrity of the cupcake?
