Hi all!

A potential client just enquired about a cupcake design I do which I would normally use SMB for. The weather here (southern UK) has been hot and sticky (by our standards) lately though and I'm worried that if this weather keeps up SMB might not hold - I've never had to make it in weather this humid before! Lately temperatures have been 25 C upwards (77+ in fahrenheit) and quite regularly humidity of 80% plus.

Would SMB hold for delivery in these conditions, or would you advise the client to have standard buttercream instead?
