Hi fellow bakers,

Anyone living in North Jersey area and has rented out a commercial kitchen facility?  I'm reaching out to various businesses in my community and was curious what types of business that you have had success with in renting/sharing kitchen space.  Closest 'culinary incubator' is 30 miles away at $20/hour is doable for me, however I would prefer close. If you could share your ideas on how you thought outside the commercial kitchen box, I would appreciate it!!

Happy Baking!!

AHave you checked out the commercial kitchen in Englewood? It might be something to consider.

AI did look into Le Gourmet Factory in Englewood, NJ but it's too structured of a commitment in terms if having to pay $500 upfront then 20-25hr minimum a month. Perhaps when I get more into the hang of things, but right now I was interested in more unconventional avenues. Thanks for the suggestion!
