I had my son pick up some half and half for me. He came home with fat free half and half. Will I still get the same results? I usually use the regularl kind. It is going in a vanilla cake.

AIf it is going in the cake I would think you'll be fine. It isn't much different than using skim milk.
AIt probably will not kill your recipe. A bit extra sugar, coloring and less fat.......if it a recipe you are very familiar with you may notice it. Random cake eater, probably not.
