I have agreed to help some one out and do a small "cut into" wedding cake for the end of july....how ever... the cake is going to be outside under a pavilion with no refrigeration....We are looking at temperatures that could be about 85 degrees....it will be in the shade only...I was planning on doing fondant with gum paste flowers...but I dont know if it will survive...and tips? suggestions? any answers to what my best bet will be???thank you!!!
