Is This Ganache Good Enough?

This is my first ever ganached cake. I have literally spent hours trying to get it good enough to be covered with fondant. I read that the smoother the ganache the better your fondant finish will be be. 

 

I used spirit levels and a square edge and finished with a hot spatula and this is what I have...

 

 

I am still not sure I have done it correctly. Any pointers?? :)
