AHi, I'm making a wedding cake (1x fruit cake layer, 1x Victoria sponge layer) i need to decorate it with a textured icing, see picture. I'm unsure how to do it. Was thinking of marzipan and fondant on the fruit layer, then royal icing (or an alternative if anyone has any ideas) and buttercream, fondant and royal on the Victoria. The easiest way would be buttercream but I don't want it to melt. Please help me
