I do a few different stalls and mainly take cupcakes, push ups and cake pops. The only thing i struggle with is pricing and how many different flavours to take.
How much should I charge for it all?
ACan anyone tell me for cupcake prices. I am making 48 cup cakes with B.C and fondant decor. Lined and using a c.c wrap. Do I include the wraps and fondant to the $2.25? This is my first c.c order I am uncertain on how to charge. Fondant pieces with have red/white pika dots and zig zag And Bow's
I charge $3 per cupcake, filled with a standard swirl of bc. For the detail you're talking about plus a wrapper, I'd be in the $8 each range.

This is just an update- I am in California - I was paid $200.00 for 48 cupcakes with buttercream icing no decor. I quoted my customer $3.00 c.c. $144.00. She realized how much time is involved in making them and paid me more, in the amount of $200.00. ($4.16 c.c) That's my kinda customer she also decided to go plain no fondant as her cupcake wraps were decorated plenty. Thank you, for your help.
ps. researched my area c.c are going for $2.50-2.75 at a bakery so it worked out.
