AI am making a cake for my Boss's daughter's birthday party; they want:
10" round 2 layers vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream Pink colored cake inside (4" tall)
Outside is 6 colored rainbow intricate ruffles around the sides and a colored sprinkle-top. She also would like two gumpaste pony figures on top as well that I will make. Cake comes on a fondant covered cakeboard with ribbon around base as well.
Based on the way I priced, serving comes to 4.45/each ( which is close to other custom bakeries in my area for custom cakes) . I bake from scratch, And including the figures and labor, I came to 226.80. Does this sound reasonable? I am trying to tweak the pricing process.. Thanks.
