Maybe I am late to the dance but when did Walmart start carrying Fondarific?  I was in my local store last night and lo and behold, Fondarific was on the shelf in the backing section

I have never used Fondarific...  Is it better than Satin Ice?

It's different.  It's candy melt based, so a much higher percentage of fat.  Needs to be nuked for a few seconds before trying to knead it.  Can't be rolled out on shortening--use powdered sugar.  Self healing with the heat of your hand.  Doesn't really dry much at all when exposed to air.  Actually melts when exposed to heat.  Not the best for making figures because tylose/cmc, etc. doesn't do much to help it stay firm.
