So this was technically my second wedding cake but the first was for a very small amount of people. This one was for my best friend, I was also the maid of honor so I had a lot on my plate that weekend! So how did I do? The venue was laid back and very classy and the bride and groom said that they wanted something simple. I wanted to wait till the last minuet to add the flowers, as I did not want them to wilt, and by the time I remembered it was after the ceremony and we were headed out to take some photo's on the beach so I had to ask the wedding planner to throw some flowers on... Next time I'll remember to leave time to do that, not that he did a bad job, I just have control issue when it come to others touching my cakes lol
