Can I Freeze Smbc That Has Lemon Curd Added?

Yikes!  I just made 3 lovely batches of  SMBC, with my own lemon curd added, for a wedding cake.  My intention was (is) to freeze it til a day or two before the wedding, which is a couple of weeks from now.  Just read a thread about freezing SMBC that says to freeze it BEFORE adding flavoring…have I just messed up big time?  Any ideas, anyone?
