Does someone have a ganache recipe that uses Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate baking chips? Ganache for crumb coating cakes. I have made ganache twice and the chocolate does not harden. I used 32 ounces of chocolate and 16 ounces of heavy cream.
