Please someone give me some tips in what I need to do to keep my fondant cake from not melting? I made a SMB cream cake covered with fondant and royal icing stenciling. As soon as it hit the outside air with some humidity, cake started to disfigure and melted.. Wedding is tonight and it's outdoor. Would it totally ruin the royal icing stencil if I put the cake in the fridge, as it will sweat when cake is out of fridge? Don't know what to do here... HELP!
