I have used the WASC recipe for years with no problem, but lately (last several months), when I make the version with a chocolate cake mix, they always sink in the middle....only the chocolate (I use Pillsbury)!!! HELP! I have tried baking at a higher temp, lower temp, adding less sugar, less cocoa, no coffee - you name it, I've tried it! Any thoughts??
None at all. What do you suspect has caused this change?
