ATrying to figure out how to make the construction of this. I would like it be true to size. So as if it would fit on a persons head. Any tips??

AStack and fill about 4 8" cakes then freeze, then carve carve carve away :) use a real motorcycle/bike helmet as reference for the shape and size if you want real life dimensions (or at least as big as a person's head). You can check out tutorial/threads on how to make motorcycle/football helmet cakes, just to at least study the basic structure of a helmet cake. Good luck! :)
