AHi, im just starting out and I'm making a cake for a friend's daughters birthday. The cake is being picked up on Friday so I have to take it to work with me but they won't b eating it until saturday. I was hoping to bake Tuesday night so i could ice wed night and decorate thurs night but they want a butter cake and I'm worried it won't keep. Will it still taste ok for saturday or m I in for a sleepless night thursday night?
