Hello all!  I am new to Cake central.  I am newly a small business owner and HATE saying no to new customers.  I have been asked to do two cakes for a Sunday however I will be away that weekend.  Is there any safe way of filling and decorating the cakes Friday morning and storing until Sunday without them drying out? (Both have fondant decorations but are covered in Buttercream)  Would love suggestions! Thank you!
