Hello! 

I am new to Cake Central.  Always read the forums for help but now I really need some suggestions.  I have a new business so I hate to say no to Customers, I have two cake requests for the weekend I will be away.  I am able to decorate Friday morning but the cakes will not be picked up until Sunday.  How do I store them to ensure they will stay fresh and not dry out?! PLEASE help!
