Hi all, first I am not a very experienced baker, but my brother asked me to make him a cake for his graduation dinner and he requested 12 x18 cake. so I made 2 of them so I can stack them to make 2 layers. How do I do this? also my cakes are really moist and are sticking to where I can't move them....they came out of there pans just fine, but when I cooled them, It seems as though they created a moist cake~! How do I fix this?? Please help!
