AI will be recreating this cake and they want it almost exactly. Not really sure hoe the ice cream cones are created over the dowels and what they are made from? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

My guess?  The ice cream cones are just ice cream cones, with the columns running through the center.  The ice cream is fondant or modeling chocolate, and again the support column runs through the middle of the ice cream.  Once I got the column support through the cone, I would fill the empty space in the cone with something - fondant, chocolate, etc.

AI believe that is the Wilton "Sweet Celebration" cake that was on their cover in 2012. You can probably find instructions for it online, or find a copy of the mag with instructions in it. :) Edit: it is actually called "Sweet Treat Tiers".
