AToday I made a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, covered it with black fondant and decorated with white royal icing. To my horror the party is on next Wednesday not today. I have read before that u can store a fondant covered cake by freezing it. But I have so many questions regarding freezing my cake. First it's a red velvet cake, second it's covered in black per colored fondant and third it has royal icing piping. So please if any one can advice how I can succesfully freeze this cake and use it next Wednesday. If yes then how it should be done.
