How Do I Make The "lid" For This Make Up Cake?

Good morning fellow CC'ers,

 

I have a client requesting the cake below. can someone please tell me the best way to make the "lid" for this make up cake? Any help is greatly appreciated!

ANot sure which part you mean, there's no real lid to speak of. I just see a normal round tier with a painted logo on a separate piece of round fondant, I think.

oh the indent around the side? you could just make that by holding a straight edge level there and turning the turntable

The lid does not look separate.  I think you need to make an indent in the fondant.

It's definitely not separate. It just has a score line like mentioned above.
