Buttercream Peonies On Cupcakes

HELP! It seems like it should be simple to make a peony on top of a cupcake, it NEVER is as easy as it seems! Any ideas or tutorials/video's. I need them by Sat. Thank you in advance y'all!

I agree! It isn't as easy as it looks. The White Flower Cake Shoppe is famous for piping huge flowers on top of cupcakes and cakes. I don't think they are peonies, but they are at least similar. There is a fairly lengthy thread on CC discussing how to recreate this flower....buttercream, piping tip, and technique used. Do a search for "White Flower Cake Shoppe signature flower".
