I am a novice in cake decorating and didn't know that sugar free frosting melted. I tried one recipe and then bought a sugar free frosting. Covering the cake in fondant didn't work. Thankfully I discovered the second time I covered the cake in fondant more quickly than the first. I don't know the right way to do it I guess. I just wanted to help someone from making the same mistake, because I couldn't find the information quickly enough to help me.
