A[IMG ALT=""]http://cakecentral.com/content/type/61/id/3236603/width/350/height/700[/IMG] I had made my fondant a day ago and for some reason it's cracking quite a bit and is very difficult to knead, whenever I would try to roll it out it would just shrink right back. I haven't had this happen to me before, the only thing I did different was use campfire brand marshmallows instead of kraft, and instead of kneading the pink in I added it to marshmallow when it was in its soupy state. I added some fresh fondant to it but it didn't really help much. My neighbor suggested adding light corn syrup to it, but I never heard of that before. I'm wondering if it is able to be saved, cause I need to make a cake for my mil by this Sunday. Any help would be appreciated!
