Leftover Chocolate Easter Bunnies!

AWe have so much leftover milk chocolate Easter candy... Is it possible to make a ganache out of it, or is it the wrong type of chocolate to use? (No crackles or anything like that- just milk chocolate)

AGo for it. If it's good chocolate, there shouldn't be any issues.

  I've managed to rid the house of much of the Easter chocolate with this notice.

divadane oh Yeah take that bunny & put it in a nice loving blanket of Saran wrap and let it cuddle up with the other chocolate in the pantry.  If its a hollow bunny smash that bunny flat like road kill. (Takes up less space):P
