I'm new to cake decorating and have done about a dozen cakes with fondant without issues with air bubbles. I have a cake due Sunday and had to make 12 lbs of MMF. I am trying to roll it out and it has HUNDREDS of tiny, little air bubbles in it. I have tried to reknead it (without folding it in on itself) and reroll it several times and cannot get rid of the bubbles. Is my fondant now ruined? So frustrated!!!
