Which cake specifically?

AThe top tier of the royal vintage wedding cake. I looked for hours and found pics of her classes and you can tell its a pattern that they transfer but I just can't find it or anything similar.

AIt looks like a piped pattern, it could have been inspiration from a dress, some floral lace, just some free hand flowers and leaves.

You could always ask her, she has a blog. I think you'd have better luck making your own pattern with parchment if you don't feel comfortable doing it freehand.
