Hi all

I have got to make a cake with a man sat in his sports car.

What is the best way to go about this - I would usually use RKT and mould it, would it be ok to carve this though - never done that before with RKT! Does it hold up well when carved with a craft knife or crumble?

There don't seem to be many tutorials out there - just tutorials for Disney Cars!!!
