AHello everyone! I have decided to turn my cake baking/decorating into a business. Is there any advice anyone could give on getting started? Anything from how to get going, pricing, and advertising would be greatly appreciated! I am starting from the bottom and just need some advice on how to get the ball going. Thank you in advance!:)

The first thing you'll need to do will be to check with your local health department to see if you can legally have a business or not, assuming that you're working from home. They can give you information on licensing, inspections, registering for a business license and a sales tax account, etc.

AHello everyone! I just want to ask if it's possible to make a suspended chiffon cake (with fruit filling) or should it be a dense cake? I need to make a sort of cake with jewelries falling off from a pouch.

Maybe people don't know how to start a new thread...Come to think of it, neither do it. Just look around on the screen in the forum you're on and see where the "new topic" button or "new thread" button is, and you can post a new question.
