AKeep the cake in the tins when cool then freeze them before getting out? My big problem is getting cakes out of find and not demolishing them, I grease and flour the time, but still have trouble getting them out?

many zillion different ways to do this--if you line your pan with parchment it will be easier to remove without worries

best to you

Definitely use parchment paper; however, also allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out onto cooling racks. ( Less than 10 minutes and the cake hasn't had time to firm up, more than 10 minutes and the cake will stick to the pan.  Yes, I set the timer for this.)

In answer to your original question,  Remove from pan after 10 minutes, cool on rack, wrap or bag for freezer-without the pan, and freeze.

I suspect your problem is not how well you prepare the pan, but when you try to remove the cake from the pan. Too soon and the cake falls apart, too long and the cake sticks to the pan.
