When I make my real strawberry cake as cupcakes the cupcake wrappers peel away from the cupcakes. I am thinking it is the pureed strawberries in the recipe which causes it. Can anyone suggest a brand of liners that do not do this? It doesn't happen with any of my other cake recipes.
Sometimes I have this happen to me as well. I believe it's just because the cupcakes are so moist it makes th liners peel away. Not sure how to remedy this, but just know you're not the only one. Perhaps the foil liners would hold up better? Or silicone?
