AI'm in need of a gluten free white chocolate mud recipe. One that will cook well and taste like normal cake! I would love it to use gluten free flour as that's what I have on hand at the moment. I have been researching and haven't found anything
I haven't done it with a white chocolate recipe, but have with a dark choc one. Just use whatever your usual recipe is, substitute gluten free flour and double the eggs.
I use the same as my normal recipe, but only use self raising gluten free and I add and extra egg.
