I used to use sweetviolent's Lemon Poppy Seed recipe dated 2006. I Loved it and it always came out moist and fluffy. It starts with a cake mix and they have changed mixes since 2006, so I'm thinking that's why I've had trouble. Cakes are now not rising well and VERY dense. I've tried adjusting the liquid to accommodate for the mix change but no luck. Does anyone have a good lemon recipe starting from a box?
