AHello!

I have to put some succulents on a cake, how to? Same as the flowers? So I need to wrap the roots and insert them into the cake? Advices please!

I would sure wash them well - they can have mealy bugs, which are disgusting and creepy. And who knows what else? Have no idea if they're otherwise safe. Have you considered making them from gumpaste?

They have been already purchased by the bride!

Right before displaying the cake I'd cut the roots off, wash the heck out of it, insert a wooden skewer into it and put a piece of fondant behind it so that it doesn't touch the cake.
